I cannot tell you how much fun I had with these two!! I actually went to high school with both John and Allison and had some of the best times of my life with them! It had definitely been a couple years since I had seen them but it felt like we just picked up from the last time we saw each other and started laughing and reminiscing from the beginning of the session! I had so much fun capturing the love between these two and the excitement of growing their family of two to a little family of three! I am beyond excited for you guys and your little boy, Lucas! I know you two are going to be amazing parents and I am so honored that I could capture this special time for you all!!! I can’t wait to meet that sweet little boy of yours:-) Oh, and Allison, you are amazing, girl!! I don’t know how many women would be able to rock wearing high heels walking up and down steps, rocks, bridges, and mini-staircases and not to mention, remaining to look absolutely stunning throughout an entire session!! :-) And you all can see what I’m talking about…does she not look A-MAZING??

It is so hard to believe that this was last Spring. I am throughly enjoying going back through old sessions that needed to be on the blog MONTHS ago but these warm weather pictures get me very excited for Spring!! This little guy is now walking and talking and it is amazing how fast these little ones grow up on us! He is seriously the happiest baby with an adorable smile and a funny personality! Some of these faces that Kellan showed me just make me laugh and I absolutely LOVE them! This session turned into two because we got a little rained out when we first attempted to catch a few family shots! But luckily, when we tried again, the sun was shining, Kellan was all ready to go and gave me his best smiles and silly faces, especially with the help of some maracas and dog frisbees:-) And the best part, we were able to get the whole family for a few shots…the pups included! And can I just say, these are two of the most well behaved dogs you will ever meet!! “C” Family, you all are so much fun and I am so glad we were able to get some “entire” family shots:-)
I think this quite possibly was one of my most fun shoots yet! I can’t tell you how much I absolutely LOVE this family! They are the true definition of family and I hope that one day my little family can be as close as these four! They are truly an inspiration! So filled with love, laughter, smiles, compassion, and humor! What a great gift these two daughters gave to their parents…a photo shoot to celebrate their 30th anniversary! 30 Years! AMAZING! And as I said, a true inspiration! To celebrate 30 years and still act as if they fell in love yesterday, truly inspiring! Congrats Mr. & Mrs. K on 30 years of marriage and here’s to many, many more!
Lots to come on the blog very soon but I couldn’t resist showing a few pictures from my photo shoot tonight! It was my first gender reveal and I have to say it was amazing! This momma-to-be’s reaction was so incredibly sweet and brought tears to my eyes! The reaction could not have been any more PERFECT and I am beyond excited for these two and their soon-to-come BABY GIRL! Thank you you two for letting me be part of such a special day!
It’s that time…time to update the blog! And, as promised, from my new facebook page (like my page if you haven’t already- Kristi McKeag Photography), here is the maternity shoot. I can’t tell you how much I absolutely adore these two! We had the perfect fall weather-way back when-and to spend it with two amazing people-and now two amazing parents, it was such a fun Saturday morning!
Now that I KNOW all Christmas cards have been done and sent out, I thought I could go ahead and throw in a few more from my sneak peek of the absolutely adorable cousins! These kiddos were troopers. Trying to put together a photo shoot on what felt like the first day of winter, it was a good thing we had a house close by that they could go in and warm up in between shots! You would never know how cold it was this day and despite the cold and getting little ones all into a picture, I think we had some luck:-) These families are so much fun! They are always filled with smiles, love, laughs, and creativity!! Oh, and of course, amazing props! :-)
Despite the weather being a bit chilly today, we were able to squeeze in some last minute Christmas pictures before our temperatures actually reach winter. These kiddos were such troopers and they were way too cute in their Christmas outfits! I thought I would share a quick sneak peek of some of the cousins! Aren’t they adorable???
