Be prepared...I have A LOT of favorites from this session:-) When Taylor first e-mailed me about taking her Senior portraits, I could tell just from her e-mail that she was such a sweetheart and so excited about her Senior portraits! She had already had a location in mind that she wanted to use for her session and that made me even more excited that she had a location that she loved and was special to her! This place is absolutely gorgeous and a photographer's dream! I could see why she loved this place

And even though it was the Friday of Labor Day weekend, there wasn't supposed to be anything going on until Saturday. So when we started to see "VIP Parking" and tents on the grounds for the festival that weekend, we got a little nervous pulling up. Neither of us had actually been there before

When Kate contacted me about shooting her wedding day, I was beyond honored and so excited! We went through numerous e-mails corresponding because Kate was no longer in the area and she was living in Florida! I was thinking that we may have tried for an engagement session near them, but it turned out even better that we were able to coordinate our schedules and do their engagement shoot in Nags Head!! Not only is Nags Head one of my favorite places but when she mentioned she wanted to do them at

Then when she told me it was going to be in Nags Head and I knew this was going to be the perfect wedding day for her! It was the perfect location and so fitting for Kristy considering she lived there for a couple summers:-) She is definitely a beach girl too after my own heart! Not only was this going to be
